About Flagship Car Wash
Flagship Car Wash is a car wash in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It is listed at Virginia Beach, VA 23460, which places it among the local businesses of Virginia Beach that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

Virginia Beach is in Virginia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Virginia Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Do not use the car wash. Bent the trim on my door and when I reached out to get a resolution, they denied responsibility.

Why can they not update this car wash! The noise of this car wash makes us unbelievable. Just go out in town to one of the brand new spots they have It costs the same!! Thirty years of supporting MWR and they're always giving us substandard places, equipment, and prices!

$18 worth of waste my damn time. Normally, I like to use the DIY wash booths, But those have not worked correctly on base for months. So I rolled the dice and got snake eyes. I have huge swaths of literally surface dirt that the brushes never even touched. I'm not talking random weird locations, like behind the mirrors, I mean like the dead front of the hood. Wipe it off with your finger level dust. And just like the DIY wash booths, who do you get to complain to or refunds? Nobody. You guys could have a serious cash cow if any of your car washes didn't suck, a literal captive customer base when the gates are blocked up. Nope, You just keep sucking.

Initial rinse/pre-soak did not kick on before the brushes started spinning on the car. Soap kicked on midway through the brush cycle. I now have a rear window with a small scratch and a large scratch across the rear of the car above the back glass. Would not recommend.

The carwash is okay, no problems washing your car, but the vacuums most of the time don't work. I tried different vacuums and the same problem and you can't find a contact number to let them know about it.
